Voi Technology is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to own and develop our compensation and benefits area across markets. The role focuses on competitive, fair, simple, and compliant packages, shaping structures, processes and programmes to attract, engage, and retain talent.

You will play a key role in shaping the structures, processes and programmes that help us attract, engage and retain talent as we continue building sustainable cities made for living.
