  • Supporting executive-level visitors and customer groups throughout their engagement journey.
  • Producing communications, updates and stakeholder materials.
  • Monitoring engagement metrics and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Managing engagement-related billing, invoices and administrative processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.

What you'll be doing

As a Customer Engagement Coordinator, you will own engagements from initial request through to completion, ensuring a professional, high-quality and consistent experience throughout.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer engagements and events from enquiry to close-out.
