Job summary

Compass Group Sverige is seeking a Customer Engagement Coordinator to plan and manage executive-level customer engagements and events in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, seamless experiences from enquiry to completion.

The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events, programmes, customer experiences or executive engagements.
• Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and professional client environments.
• High attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
• Confidence working independently while collaborating across diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with reporting tools or operational platforms would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer engagements and events from enquiry to close-out.
• Coordinating schedules, meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Working closely with technical, operational and customer-facing teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Managing event logistics including catering, hospitality, transport, facilities and audiovisual requirements.
• Ensuring customer requirements and preferences are accurately captured and executed.
• Maintaining engagement records, reporting dashboards and operational documentation.
• Supporting executive-level visitors and customer groups throughout their engagement journey.
• Producing communications, updates and stakeholder materials.
• Monitoring engagement metrics and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Managing engagement-related billing, invoices and administrative processes.
• Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.
