Job summary

Ongoing is a Gothenburg-based, cloud-native WMS provider seeking an Account Executive to drive B2B sales to logistics-heavy companies. You will own the commercial dialogue and work with a Solution Architect to translate customer needs into value delivered by Ongoing WMS.

The role is based in Gothenburg, with occasional travel to meet potential customers on-site and to support international expansion. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, with strong opportunities to shape and

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of B2B sales experience within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transport, 3PL, or related industry.
• Professional proficiency in English; Swedish or another Nordic language or German also required.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales processes from first contact to signed agreement with a consultative approach.
• Build relationships with prospective customers and manage opportunities through the sales cycle; evolve from inbound to some prospecting.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into value-based discussions for Ongoing WMS.
• Contribute to sales strategy across customer segments, markets, and buying situations.
• Collaborate with a Solution Architect to combine commercial and technical expertise throughout the process.
