1. Collaborate with district promotion manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans.
2. Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agree on course corrections.
3. Contribute to cluster/territory teams and Marketing, Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams to agree on key account plan objectives and responsibilities.
4. Engage with peers and District Manager and cross-functional teams to improve product knowledge.
5. Demonstrate an understanding of the healthcare industry and healthcare trends in Saudi Arabia.
6. Follow through on customer commitments and requests in a timely fashion.
7. Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up to date.
8. Demonstrate an understanding of Amgen selling approaches to satisfy customers’ needs.
9. Ensure implementation of Amgen SOPs with high quality.
10. Operate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities.
11. Seek inputs and assistance to prioritize activities in a timely fashion and follow-up with customers.
12. Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication, and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in training programs to drive own development.

1. Bachelor's degree in pharmaceuticals sciences or clinical pharmacy (BPharm/PharmD).
2. Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related job with a track record of success demonstrating consistency of achieving results.
3. Saudi national, based in Jeddah is a must.
4. Experience in rare disease, specialty care, or Biotechnology related field is preferred.
5. Understanding of Saudi Arabia healthcare system and patient flow, especially in the public sector.
6. Experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office).
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Demonstrate time management skills in prioritizing activities and completing work in a timely manner; meet deadlines.
9. Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication.
