About the Role

As a Restaurant Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations across our restaurants. Based at our Riyadh Head Office, you’ll support teams across KSA by managing essential employee-related processes and coordinating with external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and consolidate timesheets from restaurant locations
  • Update attendance records and prepare final timesheet reports
  • Manage employee vacation schedules and records
  • Coordinate with manpower agencies for staffing needs
  • Maintain trackers and generate regular reports
  • Support exit procedures and offboarding documentation
  • Prepare employee letters, forms, and official documents
  • Verify recruitment documents and onboarding files
  • Organize and manage employee files and records
  • Ensure timely updates of employee data in internal systems

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS word and excel and document handling
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Experience in hospitality or restaurant industry is a bonus
