Responsibilities
- Develop new business and relationships to foster growth for BA, serving as the primary customer interface.
- Establish and execute plans and strategies to expand the customer sales base in the assigned area.
- Communicate key messages and initiatives related to the value BA offers to targeted customers and opportunities.
- Drive sales by understanding customer business drivers and the value BA provides, enabling cross-selling opportunities.
- Partner with potential customers to build relationships and maximize business potential.
- Engage cross-functionally within both the customer and Honeywell to develop long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a unified team approach.
- Leverage experience in selling low current, ICT solutions, and ELV systems to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activities in SFDC, including meetings, contacts, and pipelines.
- Ensure high accuracy in sales forecasting and actively seek new opportunities to drive business growth.
- Build strategic relationships and develop a vision for customer commitment.
Qualifications
- Sales experience in low current, ICT solutions, and ELV systems.
- Customer engagement experience at a medium level, with a focus on building long-term strategic relationships.
- Experience in cross-selling and consultative selling, collaborating across organizations.
- Understanding of the value BA provides and ability to articulate it to customers.
- Strong understanding of customer business drivers and industry.
- Financial and business acumen, with knowledge of decision-making processes.
- Ability to learn BA processes, contracts, and portfolio across various verticals.
- Minimum of 3 years of enterprise selling experience at the executive level.
- Engineering degree with a focus on electrical, communication, or electronics engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in customer acquisition.
