Responsibilities
  • Support the Director – Structural Engineering in developing and implementing a comprehensive Structural Engineering strategy aligned with the LINE project delivery.
  • Develop plans considering project-specific requirements, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overarching objectives.
  • Review and adopt studies conducted by the LINE teams, and develop additional non-project initiatives as appropriate.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to source opportunities, evaluate technologies, and foster strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence within the team.
  • Mentor and guide team members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to assess the impact of Structural Engineering on project outcomes, reporting progress to leadership.
Requirements
  • Assist in delivering the Structural Engineering scope for THE LINE, supporting project goals in budget, schedule, quality, and sustainability.
  • Lead a team supporting the LINE Design Project Engineering Management for regional assets.
  • Work with the LINE Design team to set and implement Structural Engineering strategies.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum 22 years of experience in Structural Engineering and related fields.
  • Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong strategic, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred. Professional memberships are a plus.
