Key Responsibilities
  • Administer prime contracts from award through close-out in accordance with Worley procedures, project requirements, and client contractual frameworks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual matters between Worley, clients, and major contractors
  • Monitor contract compliance, including scope, schedule, deliverables, and commercial terms
  • Manage contract correspondence, notices, variations, claims, and change orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support negotiation and evaluation of contract amendments, extensions, and commercial settlements
  • Maintain contract records, logs, and documentation in line with governance and audit requirements
  • Provide contractual advice to project teams, highlighting risks, obligations, and mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate with procurement and subcontract administrators to ensure alignment between prime and downstream contracts
  • Assist with progress measurement, payment certification, and commercial reporting
  • Support dispute avoidance and resolution activities, including preparation of contractual positions
  • Ensure all contract activities align with Worley’s ethics, compliance, and HSE requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline
  • Professional certification in contracts or commercial management (e.g., CCM, MRICS, or equivalent) is desirable
Experience
  • Experienced in contracts administration within construction, mining, oil and gas, or major capital projects
  • Proven experience managing prime or head contracts on large, complex EPC / EPCM projects
  • Strong understanding of common contract forms (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, bespoke oil & gas contracts)
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary, multi-stakeholder project environments
