Abunayyan Holding Company is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead contract administration, commercial compliance, and risk management across multiple projects. The role plays a critical part in safeguarding contractual interests, supporting negotiations, and ensuring contracts are executed in full alignment with legal, financial, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from pre-award through post-award stages across assigned projects.
  • Review, interpret, and administer contract terms, conditions, specifications, and scope of work.
  • Support tender evaluations, subcontractor assessments, and contract drafting processes.
  • Handle contractual correspondence, variations, change orders, extensions of time, and claims.
  • Ensure contractual obligations, deliverables, and milestones are met by internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Identify contractual and commercial risks and advise project teams on mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and review contractual, commercial, and claims reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with legal, finance, procurement, and project management teams to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized contract records, agreements, notices, and commercial documentation.
  • Lead or support negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors as required.
  • Assist in dispute resolution processes and support claims preparation and defense.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a Contract Manager or senior contracts/commercial role within construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of standard contract forms (e.g., FIDIC or similar) and contractual procedures.
  • Solid understanding of claims management, variations, and commercial controls.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong ability to interpret legal, technical, and commercial documents.
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
