JD Logistics’ Saudi business requires a Branch Manager in the Operations Department. The role oversees daily outlet operations, team building, and market expansion, ensuring the efficient achievement of business targets and localizing the JoyExpress brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop annual plans and budgets, monitor KPIs (e.g., on‑time delivery rates).
  • Manage local teams (couriers, drivers, CS), focusing on training, performance evaluation, and talent development to enhance Saudization.
  • Ensure compliance, address emergencies, and foster relationships with local communities and government entities.
  • Forecast staffing needs and manage staff production cost.
  • Provide on‑time reporting and update attendance reports.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, last‑mile delivery, and returns.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Fleet, and Customer Service for smooth station operations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in logistics or management.
  • Experience: 2+ years in operations management, leading teams of 10+ people; experience in cross‑border e‑commerce or the Middle East market is advantageous.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic.
