Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations including cash handling and safety protocols.
• Drive sales performance through effective planning and execution.
• Recruit, train, and develop store team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service by monitoring service standards.
• Manage inventory and stock control processes.
• Implement company policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports on sales and store performance.
• Collaborate with regional management and marketing teams.
