Our client is looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Branch Manager to lead their Riyadh operations in the signage and acrylic materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Leadership & Team Management
- Lead the Riyadh branch with confidence, maturity, and ownership.
- Manage sales staff, storekeepers, drivers, and coordinators.
- Build a culture of responsibility, discipline, and customer service.
Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and achieve monthly sales targets and GP goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and onboard new ones.
- Conduct regular market visits to stay updated on customer needs, pricing, and competition.
Sales Forecasting & Business Planning
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts.
- Identify market trends—fast-moving items, slow-moving inventory, seasonal requirements.
- Plan and recommend stock for smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Operations & Warehouse Management
- Oversee delivery operations, warehouse discipline, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure timely dispatches and high service levels for clients.
- Reduce stock damage, returns, and improve inventory efficiency.
Credit Control & Collection Support
- Monitor customer ageing and overdue payments.
- Support the finance team by ensuring healthy follow-up and payment commitments.
- Ensure customers follow company credit policies.
Reporting & Compliance
- Submit monthly performance reports.
- Ensure all documentation, invoices, delivery notes, and stock records are accurate.
Experience & Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in signage materials, acrylic sheets, LED modules, or digital printing supplies.
- Strong and established customer network in Riyadh and Central Region (mandatory).
- Proven experience managing a branch independently.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- A valid KSA driving licence.
