The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with service delivery times and manage external vendors for Hospitality services while maintaining high quality standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and hold a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration. Professional certifications such as PMP and CHS are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 - 4 years in a similar role.
• Experience in execution and management of Hospitality services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer Hospitality service requests.
• Oversee external vendors for Hospitality services.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards.
• Develop annual work plans for managing Hospitality services.
• Manage and schedule all Hospitality services.
• Monitor the quality of services in office facilities.
