With a strong presence across key geographies, they continue to expand their footprint, offering dynamic career paths and lifestyle opportunities within a thriving, private organisation. Based in Saudi Arabia, this role presents a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Plant Manager to join a forward-thinking business committed to operational excellence and manufacturing innovation.

About the Role

As Plant Manager – Tin Can (3-piece), you will oversee the end-to-end production process for a high-volume manufacturing environment specialising in 3-piece can manufacturing, including printing, lid production, and can assembly. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will encompass managing equipment maintenance, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will also coordinate across departments such as customer service, QC, safety, and HR to optimise plant performance and uphold safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing daily and weekly production planning in collaboration with customer service and planning teams
  • Establishing efficient communication channels between production, customer service, and material handling teams
  • Collaborating closely with Safety & OEHS departments to ensure compliance and support safety initiatives
  • Preparing annual capital budgets aligned with forecasted production volumes and capacity planning
  • Ensuring quality control across printing, lid, and can manufacturing processes with QC team support
  • Troubleshooting equipment failures and addressing printing, can, and lid defects promptly
  • Monitoring and updating KPIs to evaluate plant performance and implementing process improvements
  • Supporting employee development through regular assessments and targeted training programs
  • Leading and motivating supervisory and technical teams to foster a culture of accountability and high performance
  • Engaging with utility management and maintenance teams to ensure optimal plant operations
Candidate Profile

Our ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or Operations Management, with a Master's degree being an advantage. You will bring a minimum of 10 years' experience in high-volume manufacturing environments, specifically managing 3‑piece manufacturing plants or overseeing equivalent production operations. Your background will showcase proven leadership skills, with demonstrated competency in budget management, lean manufacturing methodologies (such as Lean or TPM), and quality assurance processes.

You should have extensive knowledge of the complete 3‑piece can production process, excellent communication skills in English, and preferably, Arabic language proficiency. Your track record will include successfully leading diverse teams, optimising production performance, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to sustain manufacturing excellence.

Why Apply?

If you are a strategic, results‑driven leader eager to make an impact within a dynamic manufacturing sector, this role offers the perfect platform. Bring your expertise to a company that values innovation, safety, and quality, and enjoy the lifestyle benefits of working in Saudi Arabia. Stand out by highlighting your experience in high-volume, multi-process manufacturing environments and your ability to foster team engagement and operational excellence.

Take the next step in your career by applying today. Clearly articulate why your background makes you the ideal candidate for this leading tin can manufacturing operation, and let your expertise shine in a few compelling phrases. We look forward to supporting you on your career journey!
