Responsibilities

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an Investor Relations Officer to join our team. In this role, you will support the management and development of relationships with both existing and prospective investors, helping to ensure strong engagement, clear communication, and a positive investor experience.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and internal teams to prepare investor communications, support reporting on portfolio performance, and assist in responding to investor queries. This role plays a key part in strengthening trust, transparency, and long-term relationships with our investor base, while supporting Lendo’s broader growth and fundraising objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations
  • Support the management of relationships with high-net-worth individual (HNW) and institutional investors.
  • Act as a point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses with guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing for investor meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Support ongoing engagement with existing investors to ensure a positive and consistent investor experience.
  • Support the publication and administration of new investment opportunities on the platform.
  • Assist with monitoring investor portfolios and tracking performance against agreed benchmarks.
  • Help prepare portfolio summaries and materials aligned with investor preferences and objectives.
Reporting & Insights
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports.
  • Compile data, validate figures, and support analysis related to portfolio performance.
  • Help maintain clear, accurate, and transparent investor communications.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
  • Work closely with Finance and Technical teams to support the resolution of investor-related queries.
  • Coordinate with Compliance to ensure investor communications and activities align with regulatory requirements.
  • Support Marketing and Business Development teams with investor-related materials and data as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
  • Interest in financial markets, investments, and investor relations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with investors.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
