Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Health and Safety professional to implement and monitor workplace safety procedures across our operations in Saudi Arabia. You will lead inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe working environment.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications preferred, and strong communication and reporting skills to support ongoing safety improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in workplace safety.
• Knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certifications are preferred.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety awareness sessions and training for employees.
• Monitor the implementation of safety procedures and use of PPE.
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.
• Support emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, and incident response procedures.
