Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical/commercial field.
• MBA or Master’s degree desirable.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in B2B commercial management, strategic account management, and complex industrial sales.
• Proven track record in long-term supply agreements, complex negotiations, profitability management, customer retention, and cross‑functional commercial leadership.
• Experience in industrial gases, petrochemicals, energy, refining, or heavy industrial manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary commercial owner for the full KSA West Coast basin portfolio, managing profitability, contractual obligations, retention, and service quality.
• Develop and execute 3–5 year Strategic Account Plans covering retention, growth, threats, and joint value creation roadmaps.
• Lead multi-level governance, including QBRs and steering committees, with internal executive sponsorship.
• Lead full contract lifecycle administration: negotiations, amendments, renewals, extensions, and settlements.
• Ensure governance, compliance, safety, and accurate CRM/contract documentation.
