Job summary

Air Liquide in Saudi Arabia seeks a Basin & Key Account Manager for the KSA West Coast to own the full basin commercial agenda and deeply engage major accounts. You will drive long‑term plans, optimize profitability, and lead complex contract negotiations with cross‑functional teams.

You will coordinate Operations, Finance, Legal, and Business Development while ensuring safety, governance, and compliant performance across projects and customers in a high‑stability industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA desirable.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in B2B commercial management, strategic account management, and complex industrial sales.
• Proven background in industrial gases, petrochemicals, energy, refining, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Track record in long-term supply agreements, complex negotiations, profitability management and customer retention.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own full KSA West Coast basin commercial activities and profitability.
• Develop 3–5 year strategic account plans and value creation roadmaps.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and governance with stakeholders.
• Manage contract lifecycle, negotiations, renewals and settlements.
• Oversee accounts receivable, DSO, and working capital management.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Business Development.
• Ensure governance, safety, and compliance in all activities.
