Job summary

Client of Visuna is seeking a Drilling Supervisor for Saudi Arabia to oversee day-to-day drilling operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to the approved programme. The role requires coordinating rig crews, service providers, and contractors while monitoring performance and well parameters.

The candidate should have extensive Saudi Arabia drilling experience, strong knowledge of well control, and proven leadership and problem-solving skills. Rotation: 5 weeks on, 5 weeks off.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Drilling Supervisor / Wellsite Drilling Supervisor.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia is essential.
• Strong knowledge of drilling operations, well control, and rig-site supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day drilling operations at the wellsite.
• Ensure safety and efficiency per the drilling programme.
• Coordinate rig crews, service companies and contractors.
• Monitor performance, well parameters, and progress; report issues.
