Job summary

Alkhorayef Petroleum Company is seeking a on-site Drilling Supervisor to oversee daily drilling activities at our Saudi Arabia site. You will plan operations, coordinate crews, and ensure safe, efficient performance across multiple rigs.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in drilling with at least 3 years in supervision, with expertise in diamond core and rotary drilling, drilling fluids, and downhole tools. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of drilling operations experience with at least 3 years in supervision.
• Expertise in diamond core drilling and/or rotary drilling techniques.
• Strong knowledge of drilling fluids and downhole tools.
• Fluency in English language.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily on-site drilling activities and plan operations per schedule and budget.
• Supervise drilling crews and provide on-the-job training.
• Ensure proper use of drilling fluids, downhole tools, and core recovery equipment.
• Prepare and submit project reports and communicate progress to managers and clients.
