Job summary

Offshorejobvacancy in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Driller – Land Rig to operate and supervise onshore drilling. You will work with floorhands, derrickhands and assistant drillers to execute safe, efficient operations in challenging environments.

Candidates should bring 5–10 years of rig experience, IWCF/IADC certificates, and the ability to lead crews while upholding HSE standards. This position is based on site with strong safety expectations and field coordination with clients.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive drilling rig experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• IWCF or IADC Well Control Certificate required.
• Experience as Driller/Assistant Driller on land rigs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor drilling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Supervise Floorhands, Derrickhands & Assistant Drillers.
• Monitor drilling parameters and optimize operations.
• Ensure well control equipment is maintained and operational.
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce HSE standards.
• Maintain drilling reports and operational records.
• Coordinate with Toolpushers, Rig Managers & client representatives.
• Support emergency and well control operations.
