Wedding Planner Vacancy in Medina, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented wedding planner to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a wedding planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings, including budget management, vendor selection, event design, and day-of coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss their vision and budget for their wedding
• Develop detailed event timelines and budgets
• Source and negotiate with vendors for services such as catering, venue rental, decor, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure all details are executed according to plan
• Assist in designing the overall look and feel of the wedding
• Manage client communications and provide updates on progress
• Attend site visits and rehearsals to ensure everything is running smoothly
• Oversee set-up and breakdown on the day of the wedding
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the wedding

Requirements:
