Wedding Planner


We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Medina. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings, from planning and design to execution and coordination on the day of the event.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision, budget, and preferences for their wedding
- Research and recommend vendors, venues, and other services that align with client's preferences and budget
- Negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of clients
- Create detailed timelines for each event, including pre-wedding events, ceremony, and reception
- Coordinate all aspects of the event including venue setup, food and beverage service, music, decorations, etc.
- Manage RSVPs and guest lists
- Manage day-of coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly during the event
- Act as main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process up until the day of the event

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Urdu/Hindi is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of wedding industry trends and best practices
- Strong negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field preferred
