Wedding Planner Vacancy in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings for our clients. This is a contract job with a salary of $1300 per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and requirements
• Research and recommend vendors for various services such as catering, decorations, entertainment, etc.
• Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure all services are provided as agreed upon
• Assist with selecting and booking venues for the ceremony and reception
• Advise clients on wedding etiquette and traditions
• Handle all logistics including transportation, accommodations, and guest list management
• Manage the budget and make sure all expenses stay within the agreed upon amount
• Coordinate with the photographer/videographer to ensure proper coverage of the event
• Provide on-site coordination during the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Wedding Planner or in event planning/coordination
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of local vendors and venues in Jeddah is preferred
• Passion for weddings and keeping up-to-date with current trends in the industry
