Job summary

Aqarat Real Estate Development Company | شركة عقارات للتطوير والتنمية is seeking a Webmaster & Marketing Automation Specialist to manage our website and digital platforms, implement automated customer journeys, and integrate forms with CRM. You will support marketing of real estate projects and assets and enhance the customer experience.

You will create landing pages and forms, ensure cross-device functionality, monitor performance, and apply SEO standards while coordinating with marketing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, IT, IS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing websites or digital platforms and marketing automation tools, preferably in real estate.
• Experience creating landing pages and forms and ensuring cross-device functionality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update website and digital platform content, including pages for real estate projects and assets, in coordination with relevant departments.
• Create landing pages, interest registration forms, and inquiry forms, and verify their functionality across different devices.
• Configure and implement automated communication journeys through email and approved channels, aligned with customer segments and marketing campaigns.
• Integrate website and digital platform forms with the CRM system, and verify inquiries are recorded and routed to the appropriate team.
• Monitor website and digital platform performance, check links, forms, and page loading speeds, and coordinate with the technical team to resolve issues.
• Apply SEO requirements when publishing content and pages.
• Configure traffic and conversion tracking tools and performance dashboards, and analyze results of pages and journeys.
• Recommend improvements to increase registration rates and lead quality through digital channels.
• Verify accuracy of published information about real estate projects and assets, and obtain approvals before publication.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, IT teams, and service providers to ensure platform integration and timely delivery of requirements.
