Job summary

FNRCO is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehousing operations and ensure efficiency on site. The role requires managing receipts, orders, assembly, and dispatch while maintaining strict documentation aligned with company standards.

Candidates should have a university degree in supply chain or engineering, 5+ years of experience, fluency in English and Arabic, strong IT skills including warehouse software, and an approved safety certificate.

Qualifications

• University degree in the supply chain specialty or engineering (electrical, mechanical, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
• Strong computer skills and experience with warehouse operations software.
• Must have an approved safety certificate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehousing activities and ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping in accordance with company standards.
• Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity and policy compliance.
• Maintain communication between warehouse teams and management to report progress and issues.
• Oversee safety procedures and implement safety measures on site.
