Hitachi ABB Power Grids is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will lead a team, optimize layouts, and maintain safety and accuracy in SAP transactions.
The role requires 3–5 years in warehousing with at least 2 years in supervision, strong WMS knowledge, and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in English and Arabic is expected.
Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates, including scheduling, performance management, and training.
Manage and optimize warehouse layouts and processes for improved efficiency and space utilization.
Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, stock checks, and addressing discrepancies.
Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
Implement and enforce all company safety policies and procedures, including regular safety training and inspections.
Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow and meet operational targets.
Responsible on the accuracy of all warehouse steps and transaction in SAP system
Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company standards.
Participate in the development and implementation of new warehouse technologies and systems.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Demonstrated knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
Ability to operate various warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and possess relevant certifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with all levels of staff.
Proficiencyin both spoken and written English and Arabic language isrequired.
