Job summary

Client of Tawzef is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee spare parts storage and fleet materials. You will organize warehouse teams, enforce safety, and ensure accurate data management across ERP systems.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse management within automotive or fleet sectors, with strong leadership and inventory controls. Strong communication in Arabic and English is essential. On-site role with standard working hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or in related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise arrangement, storage and classification of spare parts and supplies.
• Receive materials from suppliers and verify invoices and specs; issue materials to workshops per procedures.
• Direct storekeepers, unloading workers and warehouse staff; organize schedules and tasks.
• Plan periodic and annual inventories; prepare variance reports and monitor stock health.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and update ERP transactions.
• Develop warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure material availability for fleet operations.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies and inventory controls.

To oversee and manage all warehouse operations related to spare parts fleet materials and other company assets in storage The role ensures the implementation of best practices in storage safety operational quality and accurate data management while effectively organizing warehouse teams to achieve maximum operational efficiency and support fleet readiness 6 Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

• A Warehouse Management and OrganizationSupervise the arrangement storage and classification of spare parts and supplies according to approved classification systems and standards Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures prevent material damage and maintain proper storage conditions Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies quality standards and inventory control procedures
• B Receiving and Issuing OperationsReview and receive materials and spare parts from suppliers and verify their compliance with invoices specifications and purchase requirements Approve the issuance of materials to workshops and departments in accordance with approved procedures and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the ERP system Coordinate continuously with the Procurement Team to ensure the availability of materials and spare parts required for fleet operations
• C Team ManagementDirectly supervise storekeepers loading unloading workers and warehouse personnel Organize work schedules assign daily tasks and monitor team performance Train employees on storage procedures safety requirements and proper material handling
• D Inventory Control and StocktakingPlan and conduct periodic and annual physical inventory counts and prepare variance reports Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory and recommend appropriate solutions for utilization rotation or disposal in accordance with company procedures Prepare accurate reports on inventory levels and reorder points
• E Reporting and DocumentationPrepare daily weekly and monthly reports on inventory levels and material movements Maintain and update receiving and issuing transactions accurately in the ERP system Submit reports directly to the Fleet Executive Manager
• F Process ImprovementDevelop and improve warehouse procedures to increase operational efficiency and reduce waste Recommend technological and organizational solutions to enhance warehouse control and automation Monitor and evaluate warehouse Key Performance Indicators KPIs

Required Academic Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.

Knowledge and Skills

• Advanced knowledge of vehicle spare parts and fleet systems.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and storage systems.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Requirements

• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a Warehouse Management position, specifically within the automotive and fleet sector.
• Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• General RequirementsPhysical fitness suitable for warehouse operations.
• Good medical/health condition.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage warehouse teams.
