Job summary

FNRCO is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Saudi Arabia to oversee all warehousing activities, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate receipt, order, and dispatch of goods. You will lead and train staff, maintain documentation, and report progress to management to ensure operational efficiency.

The role requires a university degree in supply chain or engineering, 5+ years of experience, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• University degree in the supply chain specialty or engineering (electrical, mechanical, or equivalent).
• Saudiization required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Ability to work both inside and outside office environments.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
• Strong computer skills and experience with warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehousing activities and ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and oversee safety implementation on site.
• Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping in accordance with company standards.
• Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain communication between warehouse teams and management to report progress and issues.
