Job summary

Sports and Entertainment Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who will lead warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate supplier shipments across all locations.

You will oversee stock control, organize storage, and conduct regular counts and audits to support efficient distribution of materials and equipment. This role also emphasizes safety, compliance, and supervising warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
• Physically capable of handling warehouse activities and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers for incoming shipments and delivery schedules.
• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Organize and manage warehouse storage to optimize space utilization.
• Monitor stock movements and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Prepare inventory, stock, and warehouse performance reports.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment and consumables.
• Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
