Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee the technical and operational aspects of factories and warehouses in Riyadh. You will ensure operational efficiency, inventory safety, and reliable systems, facilities, and equipment supporting storage and distribution operations.

You will monitor compliance with SFDA and other regulatory requirements, supervise staff, and drive continuous improvements in safety, licensing, and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Safety-related degree required.
• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse or facilities operations.
• Experience supervising teams and monitoring technical performance.
• Experience implementing occupational health and safety systems in warehouses.
• Ability to manage regulatory licensing and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor warehouse and factory operations and ensure compliance with SFDA, Civil Defense, municipality, and other regulations.
• Oversee security and safety requirements within warehouses and ensure facility readiness.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess technical performance and compliance.
• Monitor licensing requirements and renewals for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with government authorities, receive inspections, and follow up on actions.
• Provide technical and organizational recommendations to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Prepare reports on technical condition and regulatory compliance of warehouses.
