Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining inventory integrity and supporting the supply chain.

The role requires 7+ years in warehouse management, strong leadership, English proficiency, and the ability to drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with SFDA and other authorities. This is a hands-on leadership position based in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in warehouse management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent English written and spoken abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize work across the warehouse and monitor execution.
• Improve operations through new systems and procedures.
• Prepare performance reports and assess productivity.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and stock levels within min/max.
• Coordinate receiving, issuing, packing, shipping, and material handling.
• Ensure compliance with SFDA, Civil Defense, and other authorities.
• Maintain warehouse security and safety.
