Job summary

The Chefz in Riyadh is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure accuracy of inbound and outbound processes, and drive operational discipline.

You will lead a team of supervisors and staff, optimize storage layouts, and coordinate with inventory and dispatch colleagues to support peak periods and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Proven experience managing warehouse teams.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and controls.
• ERP system experience (SAP / Odoo or similar).
• Ability to manage high-volume operations under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

• Enforce warehouse procedures, safety, and discipline.

• Coordinate with Dispatch & Receiving Supervisor on inbound and outbound flow.
• Ensure warehouse readiness during peak periods and campaigns.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and operational performance.
• Report operational risks, delays, or capacity issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
