Job summary

Aramex in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to implement and execute warehousing activities in line with standards to meet SLAs.

You will lead a team, set KPIs, train staff on procedures, ensure stock accuracy, and maintain WMS updates while complying with HSSE and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in logistics or warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational procedures to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Meet customer SLAs for all clients.
• Report information impacting brand, image or operations.
• Ensure meeting and maintaining team KPIs.
• Set KPIs for direct reports and conduct annual reviews.
• Train warehouse staff on procedures for new customers.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with HR.
• Assist and train personnel to use warehouse systems (WMS/DQMS).
• Facilitate information flow across the organization.
• Train and develop direct reports to improve performance.
• Monitor and improve team performance to meet standards.

Job description

Purpose of the Job:

Implement and execute all warehousing activities efficiently assigned to them as per standards to ensure meeting SLAs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform operational procedure to ensure high levels of customer service/satisfaction.
• Meet customer’s SLAs for all customers.
• Report any information that might impact company image and brand or functioning
• Ensure meeting team’s KPI’s.
• Setting KPI’s for direct reports and conduct annual review
• Ensure training warehouse staff on customized logistics procedures and requirements for new customers.
• Ensure identifying direct reports training needs and propose training needed to HR.
• Assist and train personnel to use warehouse systems, DQMS and the processing of work orders.
• Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically
• Train and develop direct reports.
• Ensures optimal team performance.
• Monitor and manage the team to ensure performance is up to standard.
• Utilize available resources to meet customer’s SLA
• Adhere to company HSSE, compliance and sustainability corporate policies, processes and standards
• Acts on all assigned outcomes of the quality audits.
• Adhere to all shipping and handling legislations.
• Make sure WMS is updated on time and accurately and as per the procedures.

Job Requirements (Experience and education):

• 0-2 Year Experience.
• Degree in related field (Supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering).
