Job summary

You will receive shipments, verify quantities, load and unload with suitable equipment, maintain accurate records, assist in stock checks, and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and safe handling of goods.

Qualifications

• Ability to receive shipments accurately and verify quantities.
• Experience with loading/unloading equipment (forklift, pallet jack) preferred.
• Attention to detail for packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory counts.
• Basic safety awareness and adherence to warehouse SOPs.
• Strong teamwork and communication with logistics and transport teams.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items as required.
• Willingness to follow instructions and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments and ensuring accuracy of quantities and product types.
• Processing and coordinating outgoing shipments according to schedule and route.
• Loading and unloading vehicles using appropriate equipment; maintain clear records.
• Handling inventory and organizing storage locations; assist with stock checks.
• Documenting movements in warehouse systems and tracking inbound/outbound shipments.
• Maintaining clean and safe work areas; report hazards or faults promptly.
• Coordinating with logistics, transport, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
