Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, inspect, and organize shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records. You will use warehouse software for real-time updates, prepare outgoing shipments, and participate in regular audits to minimize stock variances.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehousing preferred.
  • Previous warehouse experience of at least 1-2 years, demonstrating familiarity with inventory management.
  • Strong attention to detail to meticulously check inventory and packaging for accuracy.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery, with relevant certifications preferred.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, contributing to a cohesive and motivated team environment.
  • This role is open exclusively to Saudi nationals and is available across our operations in Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality immediately reporting any discrepancies
  • Efficiently organize and store inventory using designated systems ensuring easy access and accurate tracking
  • Utilize warehouse management software for real-time inventory updates maintaining precise records of stock levels
  • Prepare and pack outgoing shipments ensuring that all items are securely packaged and labeled correctly
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory audits identifying and correcting any stock variances proactively
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks ensuring safe and effective handling of materials
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to all health and safety regulations to prevent accidents
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow sharing insights on process improvements and efficiencies
  • Support the loading and unloading of goods in a timely manner ensuring minimal disruption to operations
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of warehouse procedures and technology
