Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead end-to-end warehousing operations, drive strategic development plans, optimize layouts, and implement intelligent transformation to raise efficiency.

You will coordinate goods receiving, storage, inventory checks, and order processing, monitor key metrics, manage safety and team performance, and collaborate across logistics and sales to boost service levels and competitiveness.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and System Construction: develop warehousing development plans, process standards, and annual plans; build a warehousing management system; layout and equipment configuration; promote standardization and intelligent transformation.
• End-to-End Operations Management: coordinate goods receiving, storage, inventory checks, and order processing; monitor inventory turnover and accuracy; optimize routes and resources to reduce errors and losses.
• Cost Control and Efficiency Improvement: analyze warehousing costs (labor, equipment, space); formulate cost-reduction strategies; drive automation and efficiency data-driven improvements.
• Team Management and Risk Control: recruit and train warehouse staff; evaluate performance; ensure safety systems and incident response to mitigate risks.
• Cross-Department Collaboration and Service Optimization: work with logistics and sales to align resources; collect feedback and improve warehouse services and competitiveness.
