Job summary

JD Logistics is seeking a Station Manager to lead our Saudi operations, overseeing daily outlets, last-mile delivery, and customer relations while driving revenue growth and local market expansion.

You will build and coach local teams, manage budgets and KPIs, ensure safety and compliance, and align station activities with JD's standards and the Saudization goals, reporting to the Operations Department.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics or management.
• Experience: 2+ years in operations management, with experience leading teams of 10+ people.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual plans and budgets; monitor KPIs and align operations with standards.
• Lead local teams, train and evaluate staff, and foster Saudization.
• Ensure compliance, manage emergencies, and coordinate with local authorities and communities.
• Oversee day-to-day station operations including inbound/outbound shipments, last-mile delivery, and returns.

JD—station manager : The Operations Department Manager is a core leadership role in JD Logistics' Saudi business, responsible for the overall management of service outlets, including daily operations, team building, and market expansion. This position ensures the efficient achievement of business targets and promotes the localization of the JoyExpress brand in Saudi Arabia, covering "last-mile" delivery, customer relationship management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Management: Develop annual plans and budgets, monitor KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery rates for same-day/next-day services), and align operations with company standards.

Team Leadership: Manage local teams (couriers, drivers,CS), focusing on training, performance evaluation, and talent development to enhance "Saudization".

Risk Control: Ensure compliance, address emergencies (e.g., safety incidents), and foster relationships with local communities and government entities (e.g., Saudi Transport and Logistics Services Ministry).

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in logistics or management.

Experience: 2+ years in operations management, with experience leading teams of 10+ people; background in cross-border e-commerce or the Middle East market is advantageous.

Language: Proficiency in English and Arabic .
