Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage service to customers in the cafeteria area
- Prepare service areas before service including table setup, cleanliness, and service stations
- Serve meals, beverages, and other food items according to established catering standards
- Ensure proper portion control and presentation while serving food
- Assist customers with their requirements and respond politely to their requests
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety procedures
- Refill food counters, beverage stations, and service areas as required
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures
- Support buffet setup, meal distribution, and catering events when required
- Report any customer concerns, shortages, or operational issues to the Team Leader
- Follow company policies, safety regulations, and institutional guidelines
- Maintain professional appearance, grooming standards, and positive customer interaction at all times

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Waitress, Food Service Attendant, or Catering Assistant preferred
- Experience in institutional catering, restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, or corporate catering is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Working Conditions
Work in institutional catering environments such as schools, offices, camps, hospitals, or other facilities. Working hours will be 10 hours per day. Required to stand for extended periods during service hours. Must have a dependent visa, visit visa, or transferable visa holder. Flexible to work during meal timings, events, and operational requirements.
