Job summary

Talent BluePrint FZ LLC in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Protocol & Guest Management Supervisor to oversee high-level guest experiences for a major international tournament. You will coordinate protocol standards, hospitality services, and VIP arrangements to uphold excellence in guest relations.

Leading a small team, you will develop SOPs, liaise with government entities, and ensure culturally sensitive, flawless event delivery across arrivals, accreditation, seating, and departures.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationals or candidates with valid iqama.
• At least 2 years of experience in protocol, guest management, VIP services or related events.
• Experience supporting VIP or guest operations for large-scale events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all protocol activities for VIP and official guests.
• Plan and deliver guest arrival, accreditation, access and seating arrangements.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for guest reception, hospitality, and departure.
• Liaise with government entities, embassies, and senior officials on protocol matters.
• Train and manage protocol and guest management staff.
• Coordinate logistics for high-profile events, delegations, and official visits.
• Ensure compliance with cultural, religious, and diplomatic protocol standards.
• Prepare briefing materials and itineraries for VIP guests and delegations.
