Job summary

SLS The Red Sea invites a attentive Villa Host to join our luxury resort team. You will be the dedicated contact for villa guests, ensuring a seamless stay from arrival to departure with personalized experiences.

Working closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa and Concierge, you will anticipate needs, coordinate bespoke itineraries, and uphold the highest standards of privacy and service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of luxury hospitality experience in villa operations or guest relations.
• Experience in villa, private residence, or high-end hospitality preferred.
• Strong guest relations and discretion.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the guest journey for assigned villas from pre-arrival through departure.
• Review guest profiles and preferences to prepare personalized experiences.
• Conduct pre-arrival villa inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Welcome villa guests and support seamless in-villa check-in/check-out.
• Coordinate in-villa dining, spa, wellness experiences and other personalized experiences.
• Maintain guest privacy and professional conduct.
