Job summary

HSQCO GENERAL CONTRACTING EST is seeking an experienced Equipment Vehicle Operations Business Development Coordinator in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate heavy equipment and vehicle deployment, manage requirements and negotiate rental terms with clients, working closely with equipment owners and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include developing client relationships, sourcing equipment, preparing quotations and invoices, and monitoring utilization and profitability while supporting new business

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant Saudi experience in heavy equipment transportation, construction or equipment rental operations.
• Transferable Iqama with minimum 3 months validity.
• Saudi Driving License preferred.
• Languages: Arabic, English, Hindi and Urdu mandatory.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Equipment Vehicle Operations Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia The candidate will be responsible for coordinating heavy equipment and vehicles managing equipment requirements and deployment dealing directly with clients negotiating rental rates and commercial terms and coordinating with equipment owners and suppliers

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate heavy equipment vehicles and transportation operations
• Manage equipment requirements availability and deployment
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and equipment suppliers
• Communicate directly with clients and negotiate prices and commercial terms
• Source equipment and obtain competitive rental rates
• Prepare and follow up on quotations contracts POs and invoices

• Handle day-to-day operational and coordination matters
• Support business development and achieve company targets

Requirements

2-5 years of relevant Saudi experience in heavy equipment transportation construction or equipment rental operations Strong client-handling negotiation and communication skills Good knowledge of the Saudi market Arabic English Hindi and Urdu are mandatory Transferable Iqama with at least 3 months validity Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Saudi Driving License is preferred Salary is negotiable and will be discussed based on experience and qualifications Performance-based incentives commission may be offered based on business development client acquisition equipment utilization and profitability Only candidates who meet the relevant Saudi experience and all four language requirements will be considered
