KBR, Inc. in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Valve Shop Technician II to maintain rotating equipment and support mechanical systems to required standards. You will lead maintenance activities and coordinate with a team of Technicians and foremen.

Responsibilities include organizing resources, ensuring safety compliance, inputting SAP data, and reporting progress in daily/weekly meetings while upholding SATORP standards and values.

Formación

• Oil & Gas maintenance experience with diploma/bachelor's degree.
• Strong understanding of maintenance management for Oil & Gas facilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership within large teams.

Responsabilidades

• Allocate maintenance activities and supervise technicians.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment and materials availability.
• Arrange necessary work permits before starting work.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians on tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to complete jobs.
• Ensure SAP data input, history and hours are maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain compliance with SATORP standards and safety guidelines.
• Promote near-miss reporting and safe work practices.
• Participate in safety audits and scheduled training.
