Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas facilities.
• Well organized with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities to Technicians and assemble the team.
• Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment and materials availability.
• Arrange necessary work permits before starting work.
• Provide technical advice to Technicians on proper tools and equipment use.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.
• Ensure SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain compliance with SATORP standards and PPE usage.
