Meezab Group is seeking a hospitality professional to manage room allocations and guest services for pilgrims in Makkah. You will collaborate with partner hotels on check-ins, room assignments, and resolve issues during stays.

Responsibilities include coordinating rooming lists, attending group check-ins, and updating the Lahore team on availability, while delivering courteous, efficient guest service in a high-demand period.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hotel operations or Umrah ground handling.
• Good knowledge of hotels around the Haram.
• Proficiency in Arabic, Urdu and basic English.

Responsibilities

• Send rooming lists to partner hotels before each group arrives.
• Be present at check-in for groups and solve room issues on the spot.
• Confirm allotments and releases with hotels each week.
• Keep the Lahore team updated on availability and changes.
• Handle guest complaints quickly and politely.
