Job summary

Talent BluePrint FZ LLC is seeking a Transport Coordination Centre Manager to support an international football event in Khobar. You will lead 24/7 operations, oversee real-time transport monitoring, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, safe movement of attendees and staff.

The role requires strong incident management, excellent communication in English and Arabic, and the ability to manage high-volume operations in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in event operations, transport operations, logistics, or control centre management.
• Experience with large-scale sporting, entertainment, or international events is highly desirable.
• Experience leading high-volume operations in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Transport Coordination Centre operations and ensure systems and staffing are ready.
• Monitor real-time transport services, vehicle movements, routes, schedules, and disruptions.
• Receive, prioritize, and coordinate transport requests from stakeholders and venues.
• Coordinate resolution of transport disruptions with contingency measures and rerouting.
• Oversee 24-hour TCC coverage, including shift planning and handovers.
• Produce real-time situation reports and daily operation reports.
• Coordinate with transport teams and other event functions for integrated performance.
• Work with technology teams to keep transport monitoring systems operational.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management with details and actions.
• Support smooth delivery of transport operations through all event phases.

We are hiring a Transport Coordination Centre Manager to support the delivery of an international football event in Khobar.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Transport Coordination Centre operations, ensuring systems, staffing, and communication channels are fully operational.
• Monitor real-time transport services, including vehicle movements, routes, schedules, and service disruptions.
• Receive, prioritize, and coordinate transport requests from stakeholders, operational teams, and venues.
• Coordinate the resolution of transport disruptions, including contingency measures, backup vehicles, rerouting, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage 24-hour TCC coverage, including shift planning and effective handovers.
• Produce real-time situation reports and daily operational reports covering transport performance, incidents, requests, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with transport teams and other event functions to maintain an integrated view of operational performance.
• Coordinate with technology teams to ensure transport monitoring and communication systems remain operational.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management with clear incident details and recommended actions.
• Support the smooth delivery of transport operations throughout all event phases.

• Experience managing high-volume operations in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder event environment.
• Strong experience in real-time operational coordination, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
