As a Training coordinator you will be responsible for designing and coordinating training programs, developing learning reports and dashboards, and delivering training sessions. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to engage and support employees across different levels of the business.

In this role, you will:
  • Design, implement, and manage training programs aligned with business needs.
  • Coordinate training logistics (scheduling, invitations, attendance tracking, feedback collection).
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to measure training effectiveness.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions in English for employees across different functions.
  • Support managers in identifying training needs and proposing learning solutions.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Continuously improve training methods, tools, and materials.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in training coordination or L&D roles.
  • Strong skills in program design, reporting, and dashboard creation (Excel, Power BI, or LMS tools).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to train and present confidently to groups.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
