Job summary

A leading regional company in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced professional to develop the annual business plan and support sales team efforts. Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in Architecture or Design, and possess at least 10 years of sales experience. Proficiency in ERP software, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365, is required. You'll coach your team to meet targets, analyze market trends, and assist in sales forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related subject, preferably Architecture or Design.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales activities.
  • Proficiency in using ERP software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the annual business plan in alignment with regional goals.
  • Analyze and evaluate business development opportunities.
  • Train and support the sales team in achieving targets.
  • Maintain market intelligence on trends and developments.
  • Assist in sales forecasting and market penetration strategies.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Develops the annual business plan of the region in coordination with Head (Director) whilst ensuring its alignment with the annual business plan
  • Provides the expertise and objectivity to analyze and evaluate business development opportunities, including expansion in different sectors and introducing new products
  • Stay abreast of customer requirements and recommend introduction of new products to Division Head
  • Coach, train and supports team in achieving individual and team sales targets
  • Works with the salesforce to prepare performance metrics, set sales targets, and reporting requirements and presents monthly progress to management towards achieving agreed on targets and performance metrics
  • Maintains effective market intelligence and early warning service related to market trends and anticipated future developments to identify potential opportunities and threats and to suggest appropriate executive action
  • Assist the Division Head in sales forecasting / reforecasting activities
  • Assists the Division Head in developing market penetration strategies specific to the position’s assigned region
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree on a related subject, preferably Architect or Design related. (Master is an advantage).
  • Minimum 10 years previous experience in various roles of sales activities
  • User of ERP software, preferably in Microsoft Dynamix 365
