Job summary

Al Fakher is seeking a Trade Marketing Representative based in Riyadh to execute the KSA operational plan and drive trade marketing, distribution, and brand objectives across trade channels and key accounts.

The role requires up to 2 years’ experience in merchandising or trade marketing within an FMCG environment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining in-store presence and stock integrity.

Qualifications

• Saudi Nationals only
• Preference for bi-lingual (English & another) speaking Graduates.
• 0-2 years' experience as a merchandiser or trade marketing representative in another FMCG company, preferably one which has a trade marketing approach.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communicator both verbally and written
• Well organised with good time management skills
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to drive and have a Valid driver licence

Responsibilities

• Execute the KSA operational plan within assigned territories.
• Deliver trade marketing, distribution and brand objectives through trade channels.
• Maintain up-to-date trade marketing information and reports.
• Establish strong relationships with the trade to maximise volume and in-store presence.
• Implement and feedback on Trade incentive schemes as outlined in the KSA plan.
• Maximise in-store visibility and awareness for ALFAKHER brands with TM&D tools.
• Collaborate with distributor sales force to maximise distribution opportunities.
• Meet TM&D KPIs and ensure product quality & availability.

We are looking to hire a Trade Marketing Representative based in Riyadh. If you are based here or are willing to relocate to any of these locations, this role is for you.

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is responsible for execute the KSA operational plan within their assigned territories in order to deliver trade marketing, distribution, and brand objectives within trade channels and key accounts through application best practices.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Evaluate assigned territory constantly to ensure all business opportunities are being maximised
• Ensure effective implementation of all cycle plan activities

Ensure all trade marketing information and reports are up to date, accurate, and provided in a timely fashion including:

• Area Summary File
• TMU
• Competitor reports and
• On-going qualitative and quantitative Surveys
• Ensure that all trade marketing on the job performed activities and outlet information are accurately reported.
• Establish an excellent working relationship with the trade in order to gain their active support to maximise volume and in store presence within agreed budgets
• Implement and provide feedback on Trade incentive schemes as outlined in the KSA operational plan
• Maximise in- store visibility and awareness for ALFAKHER brands through TM&D tools
• Work closely with distributor sales force to maximise distribution opportunities and minimise OOS situations.
• Meet TM&D KPIs as set
• Ensure ALFAKHER continuous product quality & freshness and Availability.
• Implement merchandising activities to ensure in store furniture is maintained in clean working condition and complies with agreed planogram
• Ensure Trade marketing resources are secure and used in the most effective and efficient manner possible
• Maintain integrity of TMR stock floats and reconciliation
